My favorite place to get a quality cocktail. The small bites are delicious, the atmosphere is relaxing and the drinks are amazing. Great low light, quiet and comfortable spot to enjoy a cocktail and conversation. The decor is classy and beautifully done. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Right next door to The State, it’s a perfect place to grab a drink before a show. Pro tip: order your fave cocktail to-go! They’ll walk it next door and hand it off to you after you check in for the show you’re seeing. Highly recommend. Best espresso martini I’ve ever had, by the way…

I put a 2 for food bc they only have popcorn, which although delicious, is not real food lol. The service is amazing and the atmosphere chefs kiss. I obv didn't live in the 1930s but it's exactly how I imagine it was. You'll love this jump back in time with period accurate recipes. Yum!

Nicest ladies working here:) Excellent service. Yummy bites. Loved my nonalcoholic drink. The vibe is just right with the jazz music and art deco 🎨 Highly recommend 👌

What a fantastic spot to chill, relax, and visit with friends! The ambiance is simply awesome! We enjoyed the nostalgic music and movies being played, as the entire venue takes you back in time to that "Comfort Era." Although we did not select any food choices, the unique selection of beverages was off the chart. The knowledgeable staff and mixologist made for an extraordinary experience: thank you, Joey! Great job, guys, we will be back!

Passed by here to check the vibes. It’s really nice. The margarita was lacking, but the cosmopolitan was really good. The place was more of a upper casual place. Really liked that they served small bowls of popcorn with the drinks. The server told us that they play silent films on the projector on Sundays. But I think it would be grate if they played the YouTube footage of old California from the 1900-1960’s with sound off and bar music for ambience and just played it every night when the sun goes down. Maybe something from old Modesto as well. But besides all that, it was nice.

The restaurant seamlessly continues the theme of the neighboring theater, creating a cohesive and immersive experience. Our hostess, Rebecca, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, offering insightful recommendations on both the menu and upcoming events. Jess, the talented bartender, crafted exceptional drinks, with the Cosmopolitan, Muay Thai, and Sidecar being particularly noteworthy. The Sicilian olives were the perfect complement, offering a salty and savory counterpoint to the cocktails.
